Enter His courts with praise...
Coach Berrien recently combined his highly successful Next
Level Basketball Team & Academy
with the Georgia Stars. His
athletes and teams have always been known for their great individual fundamental skills
and unselfish team play. Their "No Excuses/Never Quit"
attitude have been his teams calling card in innumerable first place tournament finishes.
Yet the ordained deacon and youth pastor
has served his community well and was honored with the
JCPenney Golden Rule Award for community service and the National
Association of Christian Athletes sportsmanship award.
Coach Berrien, the Head Boys Varsity coach @
Cumberland Christian Academy, the 2008 Region Champion, has been coaching for over 15 years in Georgia. He has worked with an uncountable number of student athletes, helping them transition from recreational to competitive AAU and High School ball. Several players have gone on to play college basketball at all levels, JUCO, NAIA, DII, & major DI.
my mission is to offer educational opportunities to all student athletes, exposing them to up to date basketball skill training, tournament experiences, and biblical life lessons, while preparing them for high school, college and beyond. |
